Cognitive Behavioral Coaching : Involves exploring thoughts and where they stem from. Thoughts are influenced by many factors like personal values, beliefs, life experiences, culture and so on. Our thoughts and unique interpretations of what happens in the world around us, determine how we accordingly feel and behave. As we move through life we regularly need to revisit our "interpretation mechanism" and make the tweeks that will enable more fulfilling experiences. In and out of session work focuses on understanding the client's unique interpretation mechanism and how it impacts feelings, behavior and relationships. Subsequent work focuses on making the necessary changes to achieve the desired outcomes/goals.
